Professional background

Andreas Grzib, born in 1967, has formed the management of neska GmbH together with Markus Krämer and Dr Jan Zeese since 1 September 2021.

In 1989, he successfully completed his training as a forwarding agent and then studied economics at the University of Duisburg. After holding positions at Lehnkering and Imperial, he moved to HTAG Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG in 2014. Andreas Grzib will initially take on his new role in the management of neska GmbH in parallel with his work at HTAG.

is the CEO of neska Schiffahrts- und Speditionskontor GmbH.

Professional background

Markus Krämer, born in 1987, has been a member of the Stadtwerke Köln Group since 2007 and, as an authorised signatory, is responsible for the Investment Management/Business Development division at neska shareholder Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG. After successfully completing a dual bachelor's degree in "Industrial Management", he began his career in the Cargo division of Häfen und Transport AG, which later merged into RheinCargo GmbH & Co. KG. While working, he earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Marketing & Sales at the Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management. As sales manager and authorised signatory of RheinCargo, he was responsible for the logistics activities of rail logistics before assuming his role as investment manager in 2018.

With effect from 20 November 2020, Mr Krämer was appointed Managing Director of neska Schiffahrts- und Speditionskontor GmbH in addition to his responsibilities at Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG.

Professional background

Dr Jan Zeese, born in Cologne in 1975, completed professional training as a journalist after successfully graduating from the University of Bonn. He then completed his doctorate alongside his profession and worked as a consultant in Berlin, Munich, Cologne and Pristina (Kosovo), among other places. Since 2009, he has been responsible for the "Media and Market Development" division of Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG. Since 2014, he was a member of the management of Shell Rheinland Raffinerie, Germany's largest refinery.

Since 1 April 2019, Dr Jan Zeese has been Managing Director of neska Schiffahrts- und Speditionskontor GmbH.
